I launched Lumiere Sciences after working in corporate consulting in San Diego, San Francisco then New York for a top professional development company, Dale Carnegie. I worked with hundreds of teams, thousands of people…from ‘mom and pop’ shop to fortune 10 company…. from mailman to CEO….there was one common thread.
